i don't know why this wrong message will pop out when each reflash the plan in my team.

This is something you need to report to your Jira admins, as they should have access to the application logs (and they're the ones who you will need to talk to about raising support requests with Atlassian - you'll need some information they have, but it's better that they do it, there's a "raise support request" built into Jira and it's quicker and easier if they use it)

Without seeing the logs, this could be anything.
I would advice to act as the message says and contact Atlassian, they will analyse the support zip and are best placed to let you know what to do.
