Can JIRA tickets created through Zendesk sync with TFS using TFS4JIRA plugin
The TFS4JIRA plugin seems to sync directly between JIRA and TFS, so the origin of the JIRA issues shouldn't be a concern. That is to say, to the TFS4JIRA plugin, a JIRA issue created through Zendesk and an issue created directly through JIRA's interface should be the same - they're both just JIRA issues.
