Reactivate a subscription and use the original domain

My subscription got deactivated due to inactivity.

I would like to start again and use the original URL , but every time I try to add this to my account it says it is already in use (clearly by me). (Emails about deactivation appear to have gone to my spam folder and have only just been found some time later)

There seems to be no way to choose this original URL and reactivate, only to create a new URL.

When I try to contact support it says that the URL can't be found, so it can't connect me to support for it.

How do I reactivate and get started back onto my Jira journey?

Hi @Michael Lucas 

I understand that your cloud site has been deleted and you would like to create a new site with the same site name.  It looks like the name of that site is still in a reservation state.  It should actually be released from that state tomorrow, 10 June, after approximately 4 AM UTC.

After that time you should be able to create a new site name using that previous name.

Hi and Welcome, 

 

have you tried to reactivate your subscription under admin.atlassian.com and there under Apps / Products or Billing ?

You can reactivate your old subscription in the administration when you are organisation admin

Hi @Michael Lucas and welcome to the Community!

I looped in Atlassian support here so they can raise a support request on your behalf to look into it. It might already be useful if you could retrieve your organisation ID and share that here. That should have been included in an email you received if it was deleted due to inactivity.
