Due to the lack of funds on the card, our instance was deactivated, now we have deposited the funds and written all the necessary letters for activation. But the whole process has been going on for the second day, the support takes a long time to respond. Who faced the same situation, what to do?

The only thing I can offer is to reach out to Atlassian support and select billing.
