Hi,
I'm testing the product together with my team in the trial / free version.
I tried to deactivate a user, and now I can no longer reactivate it.
I also followed the guide at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/deactivate-a-managed-account-961259517.html
but the options indicated do not come out.
Obviously mine is the administrator account.
I add that I have synchronized with my corporate gsuite, users are synchronized. True hearing impaired in altassian, but I don't see options to reactivate it. Why?
Tks
Hello @francescoperone,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Thank you for all the details.
Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you are only using GSuite or if you verified and claimed another domain on the organization.
If you are using only GSuite, the deactivated user must be active on GSuite and the account should be set as active again when GSuite syncs.
If this inactive account is not from the verified domain, you can grant access again through Administration > Users.
Did you deactivate the account from Directory > Managed accounts?
Is there a test account where you could deactivate just to check if the option will appear or if the same issue will happen?
Regards,
Angélica
