Read value from Description field to assign during clone

New issue gets cloned from a Service Desk to a project with summary, reporter and Description only, where most of the project details are present in Description field in a form of table. (Example attached below).

Is there any possible way to read Description field table values and assign it to fields during clone?

Requirement - Read Description for Project Code and assign PR00001 to Project code field during clone.
