Really slow startup of jira when run in a an azure container

Dear all,

We have setup using Atlassian Docker image , a container environment on Azure for our staging instance.

After the azure container is started, then the Jira bootstrap start.

 What we notice is that this boot sequence until jira is fully operational takes 15 to 20 minutes

When we run the same in a VM it is only 5 mns

We used azure file storage for jira shared home folder in both case

Does some of you have notice the same or test the same ?
