We are experiencing problems connecting Redwerk's MyJiraBot (Telegram) to our Jira Software Cloud system.
After successful "Jira Cloud Connect" and "/watch" command subscription to "All updates in the project", I am not receiving any notification.
But if I execute the "/filter" command then I see a list of all project tasks.
Almost all users in the organization have the same problem. For some users, the bot works.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Did you find a solution?
