Refresh Jira prod to dev

I applied a refresh of the prod to the dev and server side everything is ok I found the data of the prod in dev against the application I still find the same data as before, why? what to do ?

Can you please elaborate on your issue?

From what I understand, you copied the data from your production environment to your development environment, but now you're having an issue. The issue itself isn't clear to me. Are you saying that the development environment doesn't match the production?

How did you migrate the data?
