Regarding CUSTOM FIELD TYPE on 7.3.1 JIRA SERVER

HI All,

Client requested us to create a New Custom Field in JIRA in ‘Create Issue’ form.

1) The field would be as follows:

Have you reviewed the relevant Data Protection questionnaire in the respective region?

Can we please add a link here? http://tpicapintranet/

Can this link be clicked on?

Answer would be as a drop down:

Yes

2) Alternatively, if you can create a box to tick that would work for us too.

The answer field has to be mandatory.

How do we achieve this ? Does any CUSTOM FIELD TYPE is there for this pls ?

Quick help would be highly appreciated!!

Hi Roja,

yes, you can do that.

You can create a check box confirming the user read the questionnaire.
Possible type for the custom field is "check box":

Link can be clicked on if you use it in custom field description (would require some HTML).

Using Field Configuration you can make the selection "required":
