Regarding Workflow details

Hi,

I created workflow as per my requirement, but not able to cancel task u can check in attached images which I shared here 

I want detail of change resulation ..how can I change resulation from unresolved to resolve

You can set the resolution in the post function of the workflow.

Another option is to add a workflow screen with resolution on it so that users can pick the appropriate resolution while moving the story to the last column.
