Regarding creating a board with all projects from different teams of a department

I am looking to build a Project in Jira were we are able to see all the ongoing projects, epics, issues from different teams within the department. I just want to know if it is possible to give different teams epic a different Project key and still see the report in a common board. there are 15 teams with multiple projects within every teams, so multiple tasks , issue, epics within each team. Is it possible to create such a setup, if so how can we do so?

May I know what are you really trying to acheive with this!!

It's Complex if you have 15 teams, but here's the Procedure

Build a filter to include all the projects.

Create a Board using the filter you just created!!

Now you can use the board to showcase issues from diff projects using swimlanes as project.

Build reports using the filter separating projects
