Rehosting JIRA service from AWS to local

We are trying to setup JIRA server on AWS EC2 . Is it possible to rehost the JIRA server to local server later ? My intention is the team can do some work on cloud meanwhile building local networks and server . I don’t know whether JIRA license support rehosting from one sever to another

Yes,

When you take your backup of Jira, your server ID comes with you. There's no issue rehosting later on.
