Reinstalled on same server, license won't verify

Hi,

 

When clicking next on this page: /secure/SetupLicense!default.jspa

 

I get An unknown error occured, please contact support.

 

I cannot move forward from here.

Dear @Adam Westall,

when you reinstall Jira from scratch a new "Server ID" is generated. The license is bound to the former Server ID. Go to my.atlassian.com and reissue the license.

Note: If you restore an XML dump, Server ID and license is part of it.

Hi @Thomas Deilerthanks for that.  I did look for something like that but can't see it anywhere.  Any hints on where abouts the reissue section would be?
