Rejected issues are moving to new sprints

Hi

I have Rejected Status in my workflow, All the issues with Rejected status are moving to new sprints every time. I want to get rid of this issues in the next sprint

When I checked My board settings "Rejected" Status is not mapped to any column in the board.

Also the Resolution is showing Unresolved for this issues
Some issues has Resolution as Done but still they are moving to Next Sprints. Please advice

Make sure the Rejected status is in the last column of your board.

No need to change the Resolution field value? It is Showing as unresolved

You need to add a post function to the transition to Rejected to set the Resolution field.

My Question is Just Mapping the Rejected status to the last column in the board is enough right? no need to change the resolution field values from unresolved to done.

In order to stop moving this issues to another sprint
