Relative time is shown on mouse hover instead of exact time in issue history

Hi,

Issue history in jira 8.5.1 show me relative time instead of exact time when mouse is in text.

I see that title attribute has 3 days ago text. 

How can I see exact time when mouse go on text?

Thank you for reaching out.

Indeed, the behavior of displaying relative time instead of absolute when hovering the mouse in the issue History entries of JIRA is a bug with the application, reported in the link below:

- Tooltips in History tab not displaying absolute times

Feel free to vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and also receive notifications about its fix implementation.

While we wait for its release, a possible workaround would be to disable relative times completely.
