Release Burndown

Hi,

I'm new to JIRA so this may be a dumb question.  I can't get the "release burndown" report to pull any data.  Suggestions on what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Debbie Dockery ,

There could be a number of things that would cause this, here are some to check first:

• Make sure you have "Browse Projects" permissions for the project that has the release.
• Make sure you have access to the board and the filter you are building the report from. (Reports and boards are both built on filters, and the boards and filters are "shared objects," meaning the person that creates them has to share them with others for them to be available to use.)

Let me know if either of those don't fix it.
