Release View vs Navigator View for Fix Versions

Hi team, Hope you can help with this one please.

When one clicks on the link for Fix Versions from a Jira ticket, it tends to take the individual to a Navigator view rather than the Release view

We all prefer the Release view so is there a way to redirect the user to the Release view rather than the Navigator view.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When clicking on a Fix version through a ticket, it’s expected that the user will be redirected to the issue navigator instead of the Releases page.

It was reported as a bug years ago, but it was closed as “Won’t fix”:

• Fix Versions on the View Issue page redirect to an issue navigator search

Currently, there is no option to make users be redirected to the Releases page and no suggestions for that.

Feel free to raise a new feature request on https://jira.atlassian.com/ (project JRACLOUD) adding more details about why this feature would be important for your environment.
