Hi,

I want to send mails when the version release. I want these notifications to be optional, some versions need to be notified and some not. When they decide to release the version they have to choose to send or not send the email. It there any plugins which help me to solve this ?

This would send a mail everytime

if you need it optinal, you must create a custom field and add this as condition in the automation rule
