Release notes - correct Confluence page not available

I have a user who's trying to use the function in Jira that generates release notes and posts them to Confluence. (Go to Releases, click on a release, click the Release Notes button.)
On this screen, he's trying to choose the parent page in his Confluence space, but the page isn't available - the only one that comes up in the search is the home page.
This is the page he wants to be the parent; how do we have to search for it to get that to be an option in the release notes generation?
