I am trying to use the release warnings feature. I have 4 tickets in different states, each of which I would expect to see in the warning tab. None are appearing, for example;
What do I need to do?
TIA
Hi @cuperman
You can find the breakdown of what is considered a warning on the page https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-the-release-page-to-check-the-progress-of-a-version/
However looking at your screenshot I can see that WEB-1 to WEB-6 are all in a status of DONE with suitable comments as to the current development state. The first step is to check in the manage warnings section of the development tools for your project to see if any warnings have been disabled.
WEB-7 is still an issue to do as shown in the summary at the top (ie it is not a warning)
Hope this helps you troubleshoot

@Phill Fox thanks for taking the time to respond.
I have reviewed the documentation again and re-checked that my settings for this feature are turned on.
Of these three reasons, I have put test issues into states that should trigger two of these warnings;
- I have 3 issues that have 3 issues marked as completed but with open pull requests (WEB-1, WEB-5 and WEB-6)
- I have 1 issue that is awaiting review (WEB-5)
- I have 1 issue that is not part of a pull request (WEB-7)
Regards,
Mark

Sorry I was not more helpful, it certainly does look as though you have the right settings in the Manage Warnings. If you have a support contract with Atlassian I would certainly be looking at raising a support ticket on this through your appropriate channel. With the solution being in Cloud it is much harder to troubleshoot than if this was an on premise solution.
Other folks here on Community may have faced the same issue as you and have more insight on how they resolved though.
