Remaining Hours Not appearing on Sprint board

I have configured GH 6 to use Original Estimate. I want to plan in Ideal Hours.

In the documentaiton here it shows remaining hours.

But on my project, remainining hours is not appearing. How can I get remaining hours to apperar.

I seems like this is not apperaring in out on-demand account. Maybe i missed it before or a new release was installed.

That field will appear only if there are different values for at least one issue for Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate. Otherwise displaying the same value twice does not make sense.

Not sure I agree with that, I would like to see both all the time, but regardless, in my example they are different. See Below.
