Reminders are not sent to users in calendar for Jira add on

I recently set up calendar for jira to send holiday notifications to users but as the admin i get the reminder but users have not received it. Please support to fix this issue.

If you feel you have a bug associated with an addon app then you should reach out to the vendor. The Community doesn’t have any means of helping you with this. At least beyond my input here…
