Remove Excess fields that comes with "Log Work"

Hello, We have added "Log work" field to Transition Screen.

Is there any possibility to remove excess data except "Time Spent" which comes with "Log Work" field.

We want to remove all the Excess field data Highlighted in Red. Can anyone Please help !
