Remove Someone as an Auto Watcher

Hello,

   Using JIRA 5.2, how can I make someone who no longer works with the company no longer be automatically added to new tasks as a Watcher?  Thanks.

FIrst, find out how that user is automatically added as a Watcher on your tasks since it's not there by default. There are multiple ways to accomplish this. Some of the places you can check are:

• The post-function of the "Create" event on your project's workflow (the initial step in the worflow). 
• Add-ons that supports this
• External Scripts that do this (check JIRA Audit Logs)
