Remove Time Logged Notification on Issues I am watching

Is there a selection to NOT receive email notifications when time is logged to an issue if I am watching that issue?

I need all of the other notifications but I don't need to know about time being logged; it's just extra noise. 

I've looked all over at settings etc. but I'm not finding anything to stop the email notifications for time logged.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

No, that is not an option. The options you have for controlling the notifications you receive via email are what you find in your account Personal Settings. Otherwise the notifications are based on the Notification configuration assigned to the project. You could contact the Project Administrator to see if they are agreeable to getting the Notification scheme modified so that no Watchers are notified about work being logged on an issue.
