Remove active comment bar

Hi, 

After Jira upgrade, there is a new comment bar, which stays always "on top". Its annoying, when you need to work on the go only with laptop monitor. It takes to much space on window.  Maybe its possible to revert to old version of comment field?

Hi @Lauras Susa,

You can remove a sticky comment footer by adding the dark feature com.atlassian.jira.commentStickyFooter.disabled. Please see more info in the Jira 9.8 release notes.

Is there anyway to keep the white theme and still remove the comment bar?
