Remove deactivated users from Atlassian Teams

Deactivated users are still visible on the membership list for teams.  Is there a way to disassociate the user from the team so their names do not appear on the membership list?

Hey @Richard A_ Michaels - Jira Cloud doesn't directly delete users. Deleting a user in Jira Cloud means removing them from the user management system, which may also involve deleting their associated data. 

So I think the best action would be to delete the user from the management system.
