Remove html-tags in comments by automation

How can an automation rule be defined to remove all (migrated) html-tags in all comments of an issue?

It is possible to remove them in first or last comment but I don't find a solution to go through all comments (tried this with smart value).

I find it unlikely the built-in automation rules could do this.  HTML formatting could be quite complex, and so accurately striping it out and reformatting the comments would be challenging.  Perhaps instead investigate other tools to remove the HTML before migrating the data into Jira.
