I setup a Bug Tracking template project to collect issues. Once we are done with completing the work, the ticket is set to done. How do take these tickets out of the issues view so that we only see the "To Do" tickets. I do not want to delete them.
Why don't you use the filters or jql to change your results? Excluding these issues which you don't want to see that is.
Click on the filters and choose only the issue types you want to be seen.

It is a Company Managed project board using the Bug Tracker template. The filter option is a good solution for my team.
