Hi guys,
I am writing a listener that deletes attachments smaller than 10 kb that are embedded in comments or descriptions. Right now, I can delete them, but removing them from the comments is difficult. The problem is that in the "comment created" listener, the attachments could not be preserved. But the main difficulty is, that the ID that is in the comment is not the one to use for API requests.
Does anyone have any idea?
Gauhthier
I know this is doable on the Jira Server / DC instance but uncertain if it can be achieved via Jira cloud.
I will give this a try to see if this is possible and get back to you once I have an update.
Thank you and Kind regards,
Ram
@Ram Kumar Aravindakshan _Adaptavist_ Thank you very much for trying to help me. The problem would be so easy to solve if it were possible to combine several events into one.
