Removed an user from a board, does it remove his/her cards by this activity?

We have recently removed user from our board. Person owns multiple cards as a daily task.

Does removing an user, that removes the persons' card (past and current) as well?

No, removing someone from Jira has no effect on the issues they reported, are assigned to or are mentioned in in some other way.
