Removing orphaned plugins

I can't seem to remove two add-ons from Atlassian marketplace that are appearing in the side-bar of all projects on my Jira instance.

I went into admin/manage subscriptions and deleted them from there, but they are still showing in the side-bar.

Any ideas?

Which add-ons are those? What are the options that are in the Navigation pane that you think should not be there?

e.g. 'Story mapping board' or 'Agile poker' the whole option in the left hand side navigation shouldn't be there.
