Hi All,

Re-open counter in our workflow is not working properly as we have resolution clear option enabled in some of the transitions.

Please suggest how I can make repoen counter work properly ?? Also, I feel reopen counter will make count when resolution changes second time .. I guess ... !! Please suggest me how I can customize the calculation number to three or more (Please reply me, If you are not getting this query)
