Replace system fields to second colum in tickets/project

Hi,

How I can Replace system fields (example Type, labels, Priority) to second colum in ticket.

Its need only for the one Project. Not all project.

And the first colum set only custom fields.

You can't move those fields OOTB. May be you can find a plugin in the markeplace
