Report Deleted from EazyBI Account

Hello Everyone,

For an eazyBI account, the Source Selection user was changed (think that is done by Reset Authorization). Once the user was changed, the saved report was no longer there.

Know why this happened?

Is there a way to retrieve the saved reports? 

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Reyna Battaglia ,

eazyBI doesn't delete reports on its own. As one of the reasons, the report access rights were changed by making it private.

If you are on eazyBI for Jira server or DC version, please see the eazyBI "System events" and look for events in the particular eazyBI account - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/atlassian-server-and-data-center/system-administration-tasks.

If you are on Cloud, please share the Atlassian site and eazyBI account name at support@eazybi.com.
