Report Removal

A previous employee created a report that needs to be removed.  As an administrator how can I remove a report created by this person?

What do you mean by "report"?  A Report in JIRA is a function that displays some information from a project or filter - the users do not create these, they just run them.

So, you might mean "a report written as a plugin and installed by the old user" in which case, an admin can delete it from admin -> manage addons.  Or you might mean "a saved filter", which admins can remove from admin -> shared filters.
