Hi @Harshad Prajapati,

No, not really. JQL searches for issues, not for people. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve, but it looks as if you would like to stay in control that people start on new work items when they complete something else.

Agile ceremonies - such as a daily standup - can help your team to be informed of what everybody is working on and if they are getting stuck with something. Fostering a culture of communication and empowering people to take initiative themselves (e.g. encourage them to speak up when they are ready for new work, building a backlog that's ready for them to pick up the next thing autonomously, ...) often work better than trying to control/monitor/supervise them.

Hope this helps!

Hey Harshad,

If you're looking for a user's workload, you may select Reports > User workload report from the left menu in a project.

This report shows the estimates for all unresolved issues assigned to a user across projects. However, this is a single user report, and you can only fetch the data for one user at a time.

Thanks,

Karan
