Hello Experts,
Now that in Jira, we can create Teams and align them to a project, is there a way I can find out which team members in my team has no Jira assigned.
It seems to be a simple project execution "ask" but somehow Jira has no ability to get that data.
I need this report to be shown either in Jira Dashboard or if this is part of Sprint Reports, would be happy to see it there too.
Any leads without any third-party tools would be helpful.
Thanks
There are no options to filter for users with no work items.
Work Items are leading in the system, So you can find work items and the user assigned, as mentioned by @arielei
Hey @Puneet Gupta
Yes.
First, you need to create a JQL filter for all your team work-items.
Second, create a dashboard with "Two Dimensional Filter Statistics" and add the report.
Set X for Team members
Set Y for Work-Items
That should give you a dashboard with all work-items to your team, and you will be able to view who doesnt have any work-items on them.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thanks @arielei for your response.
This does not give what I need.
In a team of 200+ people, the gadget gives who all are assigned an issue but who has no issue assigned is not visible.
That should give you a dashboard with all work-items to your team - this is working

Hey @Puneet Gupta
So use a pie-chart and add the filter and see who doesnt appear in that.

I hope that Atlassian come up with a solution soon, rather than "years" of their throughout :)
