Reported a issue after removing announcement banner in the JIRA system tab.

Do you have any idea where the banner can be added from the server.

Hi Rohini,

You can add an announcement banner in the following place:

Configuring an announcement banner

1. Choose  > System. 
2. Select User Interface > Announcement banner in the System panel below.
3. Enter the required text in the Announcement field.
4. Select the required Visibility Level for the banner.
5. Click the Set Banner button.

Depending on the visibility level selected, the banner will become visible throughout JIRA.

If this isn't what you were trying to do, can you please clarify what you need?

We have updated the banner from the database and it is working now.
