Reporter Field not pulling my name

When is create a issue Reporter filed is getting populated with "557058:0a6084c6-213f-4b67-82bd-b4f0e89e4887"   i am not able to see my name. 

When i click on Assign to me on Assignee field its getting populated.   

Not sure what is the issue ?.

Can I suggest following the instructions in this answer to see if any of these ideas rectify your issue?

If none of those options solve the issue - provide the information suggested:

• Does the code appears for you only by default when creating an issue, or only when you are searching for a reporter? Does it continue to display if you select a user manually?
• Is this behaviour happening for others users or just yourself?
• Since when did this issue start? Has it always been like this?
• Have you integrated your instance with an external AD or performed any change to your platform's configuration?

And I'll see what else we can locate for this issue!

• Is this behaviour happening for others users or just yourself?--> to me and other users also.  I am the admin.
• Since when did this issue start? Has it always been like this?--> past 2 days, 
• Have you integrated your instance with an external AD or performed any change to your platform's configuration?--> this is on cloud and NO AD integration.
