Reporter is jira

Hi all. One of our users got married and had a name change.   when her email creates an issue in a project, the reporter is now Jira.  The other users changed companies within our group (we have four divisions but the same Active directory).   Only her email changed. and the same issue is happening.    Cannot figure out where the reporter is being pulled from, could it be that the DB is not seeing these changes?

can you try a re-index of the database?

do you use some addons for issue creating or do the users create them manually? - not sure what you have: "when her email creates an issue in a project"

or tell her she needs to change her name back  ;)
