Reports about Timesheet in Jira

endikaesteban October 19, 2020

Good night.

We have different projects in Jira Atlassian, and each one of them have their own issues, logically.

I manage the project and I assign each task to a developer, and then, they develop the task and everyday they load work (x hours) to the issue.

Sometimes some developers forgot load their work, and we would need a report where we can see how much hours has load every developer each day, and in which issues.

Could you advise me some tools or pulgings to do that? And if its possible with trial option, so I can check first all the posibilities.

Thank very much.

Hello @endikaesteban

concerning your need to see how much time your users logged each day and to what issues, this is something that our Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports handle very well. Here's the view that you get that summarizes the logged time.

Upon clicking at the time, you get a detailed view showing each ticket where the time was logged.

Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports likewise any other Atlassian Marketplace app come with a free trial - you can test all you want and only then make a decision to go with this app or another.

Hope that helps!

Best,
Sebastian

And perhaps some of these tools can manage too the project plan, with someting like a Gantt diagram? I suppose this its not possible.

With Kanban board we manage in fact the sprint issues, but we would like be able to plan too the next issues of the backlog.
