Kindly assist below;

•Availability of planned VS achived at sprint level and resource level

•Resources Burndown charts

•Sprint Velocity

•Visibility of Sprint hours and Admin hours for each resource – Break up of 90 + 30 = 120 hours in 3weeks sprint.

Sprint Velocity is available from the Reports option when you are viewing a Scrum board.

Jira does not include native reports for burndown charts per person/resource. You would need to look for a third party app that could provide such a report. Here is a search link for the Altassian Marketplace to help you get started looking for such apps.
