Reports do not show correct values (story points, number of tasks).please let me know what is the reason behind that??

You will need to provide more information if you'd like us to help you on this one: what reports? what figures are you seeing? what numbers do you expect? How is the board configured that holds the reports you are referring to?

One key point to consider is that many reports are based on the number of story points at the start of a sprint. Any changes made to the number of story points after a sprint has started will not be shown in the report. This includes new items added, items removed or items that are re-estimated. You will however see all this in the sprint report.
