Reports during testing

Can you explain me, please, how I can make reports during testing, if I have Xray 1.12.6 and Jira 6.3.15. My reports should consist of Test Run Status, Test Execution Status, Workflow Status. Should I find it with JQL(if that way, please, help me with select function and what should I do to export all appropriate issues in excel?)? Or I should use standard jira reports(which one?)?

Since it is an old version of Xray, in that version we didn't had reports.
Yes, you can try using JQL and in case you have, the Xporter app.
