Request Failed Grizzly 2.3.24 error when export tempo reports

Sometimes when I try to export tempo reports to XLS and XLSX format I get the error and it happens only with those file types

Same here, when I export in XSL or XSLX for one user it works. But when i try to do it for a team, I always have the error "Request Failed Grizzly 2.3.24"
