We are seeing an intermittent issue with email notification to the assignee when the reporter makes a comment via a Gmail reply. The comment is posting to the ticket, but the agent assigned to the ticket is not getting an email notification. Permissions are correct and the email handler is working as expected. Testing under the same conditions has yielded successful email notification to the assignees, and for 99% of all other comments, agents are being notified. Has anyone seen this type of behavior before?
