I am a student and have been using Atlassian’s services to support my studies. Unfortunately, I have not actively used the services for some time and was unaware that my account required payment details to maintain the subscription. I was informed that the total estimated bill is USD 51.00 (excluding tax), which is a significant amount for me as a student with limited financial resources. For example, I would be grateful if it is possible to downgrade to a free plan, pause the subscription, or cancel it to avoid further charges, as I am unable to afford the current cost. Please let me know what steps I can take to address this issue or if there are any student-specific plans or discounts that I might be eligible for. I truly value Atlassian’s tools and want to resolve this in a way that works for both sides.
