Requesting ways to make settings preconfigured during creation of new Jira projects

I have to regularly create new projects for my many numbers of users & projects we run here. When I do so, I have to customize the board in a certain way. For example, I need to make the screen scheme look in a certain way, add a specific priority scheme, change the project settings to be of some values etc. Is there any way to make these settings pre-configured such that when I create new projects, these settings are all applied?
